
What Causes Constant Tiredness And Lack Of Energy In A Diabetic?

Question: I am type 1 diabetic with sugars under control. Last A1C was 6.1. I am tired all the time. No energy. Feel bad most of the time. Have for 6 months. Sleep pretty good. At least 6-8 hours a night. Have been on a alkaline diet for the past 4 months. Feel some better head is more clear thinking but still feel bad. Had blood work a month ago. She checked all vitamin levels and was all good. She is consulting with another doctor to see if he might can help. I just want to see if maybe you can shed some light on my problems.
