What Causes Delayed Menstruation With Abdominal Cramps, Dizziness, Bloating And Frequent Urination?

Pregnancy, hormonal disturbances or stress
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease or due to stress.
Unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy. Moreover, pull out method( coitus interruptus ) has a very high failure rate in contraception, and hence pregnancy can occur.
Sometimes, the ovulation is delayed in the menstrual cycle, hence the conception is delayed and therefore the urine pregnancy test comes positive a bit delayed.
Cramps in right lower abdomen can be due to pregnancy, however ectopic pregnancy should be ruled out.
Dizziness, bloating, frequent urination are symptoms present in early pregnancy, however they are not confirmatory and can be found in other conditions also.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and investigated to rule out ectopic pregnancy, and get appropriate treatment.
If ectopic pregnancy is ruled out, I would suggest you to repeat your urine pregnancy test after1 week, if still negative, then you should get your hormonal profile and ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis.

I would suggest you to keep a watch on these symptoms, if appear especially fainting attack or spotting or severe pain in lower abdomen, then immediately consult an OBGYN specialist. Otherwise, you can very well wait till Tuesday for your scheduled appointment.
