Question: Have been having a lot of nosebleeds wandering if it has anything to do with menopause?

Noted your concern. Menopause is not directly related to nose bleeds. You may do some blood works like bleeding and clotting profile, CBC, Liver function tests, PT INR etc to know if there is an identifiable cause of nose bleeds. Besides, you must get your nose examined to look for any local pathologies.
