Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Epistaxis or nose bleed can be due to local or systemic causes. The nasal cavity needs to be examined. If the bleed is local due to the plexus in the little's area then cauterization will resolve the issue. If there is no local cause then complete blood count including platelets, clotting profile, BT, CT and ESR should be advised in consult with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
