Posted on Wed, 11 Feb 2015
Question: I have a small eruption (foda), at my anus, but never give any problem like blooding/pain. I am noticing the same it from past 7-8 months. but sometimes i found aching at my anus. but i thought that eruption is not the cause.

I want to know that it is case of piles. or Is there is any way so we remove it by using some cream or medicine.

Brief Answer:
It looks like a Wart.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like a Wart. If possible, please post a photo of the swelling so that I am better able to help.

In piles, there will be bleeding per rectum. Pain will be present when the hemorrhoid gets thrombosed or in a case of Fissure in ano. As there is no bleeding or pain, hemorrhoids are excluded.

Please consult your Surgeon and get examined clinically. If it is a wart, then it can be cured by Excision with electrocautery or chemical cauterization. You can send the excised swelling for histopathological examination (Biopsy) for exact diagnosis.

Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
