Why do you think you have middle turbinate cancer? Is there any particular symptoms?

Going by only this picture, there doesn't appear to be any cancer in the nasal cavity. But having said that, I must add that clicking a XXXXXXX picture is not an ideal way to look for any cancer in the nasal cavity. We need to look really inside with special instrument.

If XXXXXXX endoscopy has not shown anything then it is not cancer.

You have to come out of this and move on.
