What Causes Urge To Urinate And Scrape Like Marks On Vaginal Lips?

Question: urgency to urinate, small scrape like marks inside lips of vagina on both sides. Used Adderall last night for work and had lots of sex after work around midnight. No headache or fever.

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Since when are you noticing the scrape like marks ?
Is it after the hectic sexual activity ?
Also, urgency to urinate generally indicates urinary tract infection.
Can you upload photographs of the lesions in the vagina ?
Is there any redness / itching / tenderness ?
Right now, just drink lots of water.
You can submit a sample for urinalysis and urine culture to rule out infection.
Regarding the vaginal lesions, upload photos so that I can comment better ?

The vagina is tender only around the redness inside the vaginal lips. No itching, and yes this was noticed after frequent sexual activity. Will try to upload pix of lesions, not sure how yet.
just took picture of vagina. Note the small red marks on both sides inside vaginal wall. No blisters, just red and tender.

Hi
It does not appear to be any kind of infective pathology.
In all possibility, it is abrasion due to rough / frequent sex.
As of now, you can try applying aloe vera gel for relief.
Also ice compresses.
This should be fine in a day or two as the abrasions heal now.
Best to abstain from sex till then.
If it worsens / does not heal within 2 days, please send more pics and consider having a gynaecological evaluation.
