Brief Answer:
no results attached at this time
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
The report with the blood test results is not attached at this time but you can attach it for review
Thyroid function tests would most commonly be made up of TSH, T4, T3 levels, though there are other tests as well.
T3 and T4 are the thyroid hormones, in hypothyroidism (low levels of thyroid hormones), these levels would be low and the TSH would be high.
IN hyperthyroidism (high T3 or/and T4), the levels of TSH would be low.
The normal ranges may vary slightly from one lab to the next.
If you get a chance, you can attach your result

Hello Doctor, the report "Neha Dubey Thyrocare Report 1.pdf " is attached with the query. Please check and advise. Thanks.
Brief Answer:
iron deficiency anemia
Detailed Answer:
HI
((1) The HbA1c is used to determine if a person has diabetes and also is used in persons known to have diabetes to see if the blood sugars are in good control.
Your value is 5% which is very good. It means that you are not diabetic
(2)the blood sugar of 97 is also good.
(3)the next set of results are the full blood count.
This is made up mainly of the white cell count (total leucocyte count), hemoglobin, platelet count.
The other parts just support these
(A)Your total leucocyte is normal, this is good. The slight change of basophil and monocytes is not significant. These are types of white blood cells, once the total is normal, this is good.
(b)your hemoglobin is slightly low at 11.9, the MCV, MCHC and MCH are also low.
This means that you have anemia, there are different types and causes of anemia but with the low MCV, MCHC and MCH, you may have iron deficient anemia
This means low levels of iron causing anemia. This is confirmed with the blood test checking your iron levels, your iron is 28.2, this is low.
Transferrin is also normally low in iron deficiency anemia and yours are low at 6.42%
(c)the platelet count is normal
(4)amylase, chloride, uric acid, calcium, creatinine , urea are normal
Summary: (1) NOT diabetic
(2)iron deficiency anemia- iron supplements would help
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Thanks XXXXXXX Could you suggest some medication - iron supplement as well?
Thanks
Thanks
Brief Answer:
iron supplements
Detailed Answer:
HI
Sorry about the delayed reply
Iron supplements/vitamins would help to replace your iron levels and would cause your hemoglobin to improve as well.
Use green leafy vegetables as well to help- eg spinach, broccoli
Iron supplements cause constipation so you would have to make sure to use a lot of fruits, vegetables and whole grain foods to prevent this.
Your stools would also darken, so do not be alarmed when this occurs.
Please feel free to ask anything else
