What Do These Following Electrocardiogram Reports Indicate?

Treadmill stress test and 2D echocardiography may be considered after evalu
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I am Dr. Most and I would be addressing your concern .
1) I went through all the 3 ecg . They are all done on the same day and I presume same time as the ecg are pretty much the same .
There are few extra beats , it's your ventricle misfiring. However their morphology is same and hence it's the same site and probably benign .
Other features .
sinus rhythm
1st degree av block
poor progression of r wave ( boderline - ecg isMt scaled on screen )
non specific t wave inversion inferoloateral leads .
As I start I would reassure you that nothing is of acute emergency ,
however considering your age an hypertension and symptom of getting up faspimg for air ( ? orthopnea ) it's worthwhile getting a cardiac evaluation
Treadmill stress test and 2D echocaediography may be justified.
of note vpcs can be because of extra coffee you take and may be completely benign.
even hypertension for long can cause some vpcs .
2) The swelling in the legs is most probably because of 10 mg of amlodipine you are taking as anti hypertensive pill
3) If you are over wight and have short neck , snore at night consider ruling a out sleep apnea too .
4) A reevaluation of your hypertension medication should do the trick
Let me know if any clarification is needed .
