What Do These Lab Reports Indicate?

Your son needs lifestyle changes
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I have gone through your question and reports. I completely understand your concerns but don't worry. These reports are suggestive of mild derangement of lipid profile and associated liver enzymes. As you have not mentioned about any symptoms, I presume that he must be asymptomatic at present.
I see such cases routinely in my clinical practice and recommend lifestyle changes to current the derangements naturally. There is no need for any medication at present. I would recommend:
- Regular physical exercises or healthy sports such as swimming, cycling, other outdoor games.
- Healthy eating habits. This should include lots of fibres and plenty of water.
- Healthy sleeping habits
Avoid unhealthy fast foods, saturated fats, too much carbohydrates.
Hopefully this will help. You may repeat the blood tests after following above mentioned measures after 3 months.
I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care

Plenty of water
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I appreciate the activity and nutrition. The only thing lacking is plenty of water and fibres which I suggested. So, try that as well.
This will help in constipation and dark urine both.
Also, Syp Lactulose or naturolax is useful for constipation.
Take care
