I uploaded some pics. I've donee the scabies rinse 1 time 2 weeks ago. Is there an oral medicine I should ask for? During some part of the day the rash seems lighter and evening part it gets darker more pinkish. It has a mind of his own like. And it does get itchy at night time.

After this rash I had my lab done taken and allergy test done and I'm allergic to reg stuff like dust mites, dog and cats and high allergic to peanuts. I'm in new york and season is getting colder and drier so at first I though it was eczema or something. I've never gotten rash or even hives. I have the butterfly rash on my face but is mild rosesacea that's it. I even bought tea tree oil. And rub it in and nothing. I love taking hot showers and I even stop doing that now is warm closer to cold even. This is so frustrating.

Brief Answer:
Mostly Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the photographs.
It seems like you have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic condition.
Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.
You need to find out the cause.
Treatment can be with oral anti histamines.
I usually prescribe a combination of antihistamines to be taken in day and night.
Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.
Please meet your treating doctor and discuss regarding this.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you
