Brief Answer: Bruise. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. This yellow patch is a typical bruise caused by some injury in this area. Due to blood accumulation under the skin, a patch appears. With the time, this patch turns purple than yellow and should disappear in few days. If this has appeared due to some minor injury, nothing to worry about. However if this has appeared by itself, blood clotting should be tested. Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards.
