Brief Answer:
Description below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The procedure is usually performed with the help of knee arthroscopy. Arthroscope is a tiny camera. It is inserted into the knee through a small surgical cut. This allows the surgeon to see inside your knee during the procedure.
Torn ACL is removed and the area is cleaned. Tendon is surgically removed from your body and is then outfitted with anchor points, to graft the tendon into the knee.

Hope this helps you. You can consult me again directly through my profile.
