Question: I had a complete miscarriage on 22 April 2017 .. I did a pelvis ultrasound on 15 May 2017 .. My uterus size is (cm) 8.0 x 4.8 x 3.2 Anterverted ... Endometrium 14mm. Right ovary: (cm) 2.3 x 1.8 x 1.7 volume : (cc) 3.68 Left ovary (cm) 2.2 x 1.7 x 1.3 volume :(cc) 2.54 Trace of fluid is noted in the endocervical canal. The endometrial cavity appears heterogeneous, with some non specific vascularity seen within. The uterus is otherwise unremarkable. Both ovaries are unremarkable. No adnexal mass or pelvic free fluid is noted.. Is it possible to be pregnant again soon.. I'm married for 11 years..,
