What Does Bilateral Bulky Ovaries Indicate?

i m priya 21 year unmarried , i did my sonography of abdomen and pelvis and impression showing to me bilateral bulky ovaries,
with hypoechoic parenchymal echotexture No adnexal mass is seen .
Dr.Plz let me know this report is normal or abnormal for me, and should I pregnant.

Hi,

Your scan says only bulky ovaries with no worrisome lesions within it. 3 to 4 out of 10 people will have this finding. If your periods are regular and no other issues no need to worry much. There won't be any problem in conceiving in future. Anyway we have to look at the ovary once after 6 months.
