Hi,
Welcome to XXXXXXX
Inabilty to pass urine completely could be due to side effects of Percocet and Phenargan.
In my opinion, you must talk to his Doctor. your doctor should be able to reduce the dosage of Percocet, or increase the dose of Brufen. Besides these, there are lot of alternative choices for his headache. If it is not possible to alter the dosage and chamge the combination of medicine, then your son should be catheterize. It is important that he keeps his bladder empty, for his comfort and more important to
avoid the chances of urinary infection, bladder infection due to retained urine.
Hope you got your answer. You are welcome for any further query.
