15 Month Old, Having Cough With Sputum. Taking Zyrcold, Levolin, Running Nose. Normal Symptom?

my baby boy is 15months old. he had cough with sputum started on saturday. dr advised zyrcold, levolin and nasivion spray. no change in condition and started running nose . so consulted again, and started ambrodil -s . now also he is having running nose contiuously. so do i have to consult the dr again. or will it subside .

Do not panic. Continue with ambrodil-s. Add otrinoz paediatric nasal drops four times/day.He will get well in 3 days.
