2 Years Old Suffering From Runny Nose, Cough And Vomiting

My 2 yr old son has been vomiting, runny nose and occasional cough for 2 days . I just checked his temp and it is at 96 degrees f. Should this be a cause for concern?

Hi, Viral infection of the respiratory passages will present with above symptoms.
Visit ur doctor , he will prescribe some drugs.
Usually viral infections are self limiting in nature .But superadded bacterial infections will need antibiotics.
