My Daughter 20 years old having low grade fever for the last 20 days. Her normal BP is 95/50 Pulse rate 90-96. She has mild MVP. Her mother s BP is also low but HR is not high as my daughter. Her platelet count is low and slowly reducing towards lower limit of 140. Her menstrual cycle irregular during the last few months. She does ballet and was active. Now she is becoming lethargic and sleeps more and yanning often. She has migraine problem and complains headaches. She is very intelligent and about to start reading to become a doctor. Checked thyroid function and found normal. Done EEG and found normal. Please advice additional checks to be done.
