your baby is 3 month old.

increase level of TSH level can nt be ignored . it is slightly high but it is clinicaly significant .iso
did u have history of hypothroidism in pregnancy ?
are u taking any medication for thyroid disorder? mother having thyroid disorder during pregnancy makes child more prone to develop same disorder .
u should consult with your child doctor .

for constipation u continue breastfeeding .
can give lactulose syp 2.5 ml in night .

one possiblity is that constipation might be because of hypothyroidism .

best wishes
