Hi, I noticed a few weeks back that i could feel something just on the inside of my cheeks (inside lip area) with my tongue. when i looked there is a bump almost like a pimple looking thing and below that was a small round white mark (not raised). I showed the gp and she said it certainly isnt anything that bothers her so nothing to be worried about. After going to the gp i had a good look in my mouth and spotted that on the top of my lip (inside) there is what looks like an ulcer (no pain) and next to it (litterally just as i lift my lip up) 4 white minute dots and next to that another non raised white round mark. not really white just a tinge of white on the pink of the gum. Has anyone else had this type of thing or have any idea what it is? Im a 37 year old female.
Bump inside the mouth can be a canker sore or an ulcer.
Bump on the roof of the mouth which is painless can also be an minor salivary gland swelling.
It can also formed by an infected tooth which is draining its abscess in the area.
Other than this it can be due to vitamin B12 deficiencies , tobacco use, smoking, low immunity, bacterial and viral infections.
I would suggest you to visit to Dentist and get a checkup done, take x-rays if needed.
Take multivitamin tablets.
Aviod eating of hot and spicy foodstuffs for some days.
Maintain a good oral hygiene, yake lukewarm saline gargles, antiseptic mouthwash gargles to prevent infections and promote healing.

hi
welcome to hcm.
plz consult a surgeon at the earliest and get a biopsy done.
one of the causes for white patch on the inside of cheeks is oral cancer...but the good news is it can be treated at an early stage. so plz do not delay in getting the investigations done.
take care
