4 Year Old Feeling Tired, Moody, Pale And Sleeping A Lot. What Could This Be?

My 4 year old has been very out of sorts lately.
Pale and tired. She sleeps a ton at night 12 hours easy and often naps in the afternoon.
She is moody and sad for no reason.
Her appetite is normal for her. She eats and drinks enough.
Any thoughts?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your query on HCM.
This may occur due to anemia, possibly iron deficiency anemia.
Get it confirmed by blood test and treating with iron.
It may be due to hypothyroidism.
Any way he need consultation with a pediatrician, thorough investigation and treatment under his care.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose.
I shall be happy to answer any more queries.
