Your son is suffering from allergic rhinitis.
You need not to worry about this as this disease is curable and I will help you in your problem.
There and many anti-allergic and immunity enhancing drugs in ayurveda which your son should take-
1) Haridra Khand (1/4 tsp) with milk 2 times in a day.
2) Giloy Satva (2gm) + Abhrak Bhasm (2gm) + Shring Bhasm (2gm) + Sitopaladi Churna (50gm)
Mix all these medicines (Written in point no.2). Give 1/4 tsp of this mixture with 1/2 tsp honey 2 times in a day.
3) Give him Chyawanprash 2 times a day.
Avoid curd, cold and sour things

as you described that you son have low immunity and also have a chance of krimi too.
start these medicines.
1. Bal chatrubhadra syrup 2 ml twice day
2. Kofant syrup 2 ml twice a day
3. tribhuvan kirti ras 1 tab twice aday
4. Krimi vikar kadha 2 mal thrice aday
5. Start to give him "Suvarnaprashan" daily for six months for improving his immunity..

As per history provided by you your son is having worm infestation( krimi) in Ayurveda ,but don't worry there are simple things you should take care as follows- itis good that you have stopped eating outside food,including that avoid chocolates,paneer,fermented food items especially South Indian dishes,substances which are sticky in nature,give him lift fresh food always,avoid tin,canned,refrigerated foods.Ayurvedic treatment- krimimudgar ras-1 tds before both meals,lashunadi Vati-1 tds,vidangarishta-2 tsp with equal parts of water for two wks

As you have mentioned that your son is having cold problem and repeats ever 3/4 weeks, so this shows that he is suffering from recurrent cough and cold, and there are many reasons for that.
