HI WELCOME TO HEALTHCAREMAGIC

1. If the child has fever, runny nose, cough, wheezing it will be Viral(RSV) infection(Bronchiolitis). But you kid has no fever so it is not RSV infection.

2. As your child is getting frequent cough cold and wheezing. It could be Asthma. He usually grows out of this problem. He needs Asthma Medications.

Discuss the medication with Pediatrician.

Regards,
Dr. Jagdish
