Abnormalities After Birth If 28 Wks Foetus Diagnosed With Moderate Ventriculomegaly And Partial Agenesis Of Corpus Callosum?

my wife is pregnant of 27 week 6 days.our baby is dignosed with moderate ventriculomegaly and partial agenesis of corpus callosum..biometry findings are bpd 74.3mm ,ofd 86.4mm, hc 252.4mm, cm 12.5mm,tcd 27.1mm, ventricularly atrium 13.9mm ,tad 70.5mm,apad 62.0mm ,ac 208.1mm, fl 42.6mm ,bpd/ofd0.86 ,hc/ac 1.21 ,bpd/fl 1.74 and estimated wt of fetus is 789 gm..kindly tell me what abnormalities my baby would face after birt and what are chances of survival.as

In case of mild there are 90% chances of good outcome but in your case it is moderate so there are chances of chromosomal abnormalities like downs syndrome it is too early to comment on prognosis now
