It is possible that there may be infection in your filed cavities.
Go for short antibiotic medicine and you will be alright.
Do salt water gargling.

ii think that you have brushed your teeth very hard or some of your filling have been chipped off.
also if you have fillings of different materials, then too, they can cause you the pain.
chances of erupting wisdom tooth is very less as per your age.
sensitivity may be a adjunct reason as well.
visit the dentist.

Your pain might be due to some faulty restoration & you need to get all your restored teeth diagnosed.
There can also be secondary caries associated with restored teeth.
Pain can also be due to toothbrush injury because of hard brushing habit.
For sure its not because of wisdom teeth because you are younger for that case.
Consult your dentist for proper check-up.
Maintain proper oral hygiene.

the aching jaw may be due to several reasons-
faulty restorations done on your teeth either due to improper removal of infected dentin or due to secondary carries or pulpal involvement of carries can cause this.
get your filled teeth rechecked and do the correct treatments.
it can also be due to vigorous brushing techniques you perform.
use soft bristled toothbrush and brush your teeth from top to bottom,avoid horizontal brushing techniques.
maintain good oral hygiene.
maintain the restorations carefully .

Getting aches or pains in the jaw may occur due to wisdom tooth trying to come out in the oral cavity. But as you are 14 yrs old this possibility is less likely.

More important for you is to check those filled teeth for the integrity of the filled material or restoration which may require x-ray to be done along with due clinical examination by your dentist.

If any that previously done filling is cracked, it may cause tooth to ache & that can be treated with refilling the tooth after proper cavity preparation.

Also, other teeth should be checked for caries and treated by filling with appropriate restorative material.

If most of the aching is present on bottom, there may be caries in cervical part of the related tooth which will be diagnosed with radio-graph taken by your dentist.

Don't use any kind of painkiller drugs unless you undergo proper dental check up.

hi, the pain may be due to the eruption of your wisdom teeth which is quite natural at this age. It can also be due to the cavities, but in that case you will also experience pain on eating anything from the affceted side. Get an x ray of your full mouth to know the current position of erupting wisdom teeth. Also massage the area of erupting wisdom tooth with warm olive oil that will ease the pain and help in easy eruption of tooth.

I read your problem,as you provided the detail,there are following possibilities-
1.Secondary caries in the filled tooth.
2.Food retention because of overhanging restoration.
3.Periapical infection in the concerned tooth region.
4.Tooth brushing trauma.
5.The lease possibility is wisdom tooth eruption,because for wisdom tooth you are too young.
So i will suggest you please visit to a dentist in your area as soon as possible,and get the complete examination done including x-rays.

wisdom tooth eruption is uncommon at this age . your filling could be a cause for trouble but the final diagnosis should only be made after oral examination.
since you are already going for a dental examination , i think that is my advice.
