Am I Having Bleeding In The Brain?

I slammed my the back of my head on the corner of a tv yesterday at 1030pm, I have some symptoms of a concussion, but when I lay down for bed... I get a pressure all in my head... And I m scared to try and fall asleep. No vomiting, no memory loss, no blurred Vision or anything. It s been 30 Hours since, if I were to have any bleeding in the brain.... Am I in the clear?

Depending upon how the blow to the head occurred it is possible that you could've suffered from what is called a SUBDURAL HEMATOMA...much less likely at this point (30 hrs from injury) that you are suffering a SUBARACHNOID bleed but in any event your concerns would be alleviated if you were seen by a doctor which is what I recommend given your level of concern. The doctor could then, decide whether or not you needed an imaging study or not. The number of hours after the event does not tell us whether or not you have suffered a small SUBDURAL bleed but it probably means you've not suffered from a SUBARACHNOID bleed.
