Thanks for visiting HCM.
Weight should be in accordance with the height to maintain a Body mass index(BMI) of 18.5-24.9. The formula for calculation is weight in kilogram divided by square of height in meter.
In your case it is 29.1. so you are in overweight range.........
Exercise and dietary modifications are advised in your case and you must come to a weight of 55.5kg to reach normal BMI.

recommended weight is 45 to 55 . if u want to loose weight u should avoid junk food, do regular exercise and use accupressure therapy or u can take ayurvedic medicine which help to reduce yr weight.

recommended weight for ur height is 40 to 52 ,u have to lose 13kg , do regular exercise, take more protein oriented food, it helps u to lose weight
