Am Suffering From Chronic Halitosis. Treatment?

Hi I have been suffering from chronic halitosis for a couple of months now, going on a year. The problem is I can t smell it but other people smell it from about ten feet away. Its so bad I don t even have to speak the smell is also coming from my nose when I breath I honestly never can smell it but the people around me let me know it smells like feces. I need help bad to get rid of this problem!!!

The halitosis is due to factors like-

poor oral hygiene maintenance resulting in plaque deposition leading to gingivitis.

throat infection
immunologically compromised individuals.
systemic conditions like diabetes mellitus,epilepsy,hypertension.

I would suggest you to get a deep scaling and root planning done.
BRush your teeth twice daily using soft-bristled tooth brush.
Clean your tongue to prevent bacterial accumulation.
Check for throat infection.
get your blood sugar level monitored.

cHLORHEXIDINE mouthrinses can be used to gargle.
