Any Suggestion For Child Suffering From Recurring Cold, Cough And High Fever?

Hello,
My child (2yr 9 mths) is suffering from cold, cough & high fever. I am giving him Ibugesic plus for fever & Recofast for curing cold. But I have observed not much difference since last 4 days. There would be no fever within 4 hours of giving medication & as soon as the effect of the dose fades, he starts having high temperature. Cold & cough is also getting severe.
Apart to that, he is getting repetitive cold since Dec 2013. Please help.....

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,

I have gone through your query, as you have small child 2year old, having high fever , cold , cough , and I will suggest you to give Antibiotic Syrup Amoxicillin (Nise ) one tablespoon three times a day for one week , one tablespoon Syrup Paracetamol three times a day , One tablespoon Vitamin B complex syrup once daily for one week

Consult with local doctor first before giving medication and if after giving medication your child wont get relief then go to Child specialist and go for investigations Chest Xray , complete haemogram if necessary ,
