Any Suggestion For Diabetic Suffering From Severe Abdominal Pain And Trembling Chills?

I BEEN EXPERIENCING SEVERE ABDOMINAL PAIN AND SEVERE TREMBLING CHILLS WHEN KNOW ONE ELSE IS COLD. Also my bottom half of my back is hurting terribly and I am insulin dependent Diabetic also it seems when ever I take my insulin it seems to get worse. I can t eat anything now with out horrible stomach pain.

The cause might be
1. Acute pyelonephritis
2. Intraabdominal infections
3. Gastroparesis and autonomic neuropathy aggravating the abdominal pain.

But before taking any medicines you need to confirm the diagnosis by doing appropriate investigations like
1. CT scan of abdomen
2. USG Abdomen and pelvis

C peptide assay might help a bit
