Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

All symptoms are due to a viral infection of the intestine (leading to diarrhea) and upper respiratory tract ( causing symptoms of common cold). Use of antihistaminic drug will give relief from running nose and cough. No treatment is required for diarrhea, except for plenty of water and electrolytes.

If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.

Take care
