i have been suffering from acne breakout for the past few months. doctors say its due to my abdominal problems (ulcers and heart burning). What i want to know is that do my abdominal issues have really got something to do with my acne breakout? my age is 19 years. height 5 4 . weight 70.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne problem which could be due to ulcers and heart burning as your stomach is not getting cleared properly and accumulation of waste leading to break outs on skin. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil. You should take probiotics in diet and apply azealic acid cream on face. Apply mashed potatoes on skin for 15-20 min and then wash face, this helps in controlling acne without giving any side effects. You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms not resolving. Take supplements rich in vitamin C. You should avoid oily and fried food. Drink plenty of water and take diet rich in multivitamins.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
