i am suffering from bppv , cervical spondilytis ,bp sometimes vary bp from 140/95 to 120/77 .i am taking medicines s-numlo 2.5 one daily,tab.vertilac,cortimax 12 -one daily,tab xyzac m half daily pl tell me the side effect

Among the various tablets that you are taking s-numblo is for hypertension,vertilac is for BPPV, cortimax is a steroid , XYZAL is an antihistaminic (antiallergic)
S-numblo ia amlodipine with not many side effects (rarely swelling of the feet ie edema can occur)
Cortimax is a steroid which probably might have been given for severe allergic symptoms. Preferable not to take for long duration as it has serious side effects . Short term therapy is fine.
Xyzal is asosociated with mild drowsiness.
Consult your doctor regarding the duration of therapy and act accordingly.

cortimax is a steroid (glucocorticoid) which can cause sideeffects on long usage like weight gain, abdomen pain, easy fatiguability and sometimes mood changesthe side effects are not apparent in many individuals.but most common an cause gastric problems.you shouldnt stop it suddenly. s numlo can cause leg swelling especially in early mornings.xyzal m is antihistamine and given in allergies.it can cause dry mouth with sedation in few individuals.
