Been Having Ocular Migraines, Heat Waves Around Peripheral Vision, Unable To Speak, Swelling Of Tongue. Ideas?

I have been having occular migraines, they are not painful but annoying. There are waves like heat waves around my peripheral vision. Then today while riding in the car my tongue felt swollen and I couldn't speak clearly. It lasted for 3-4 mins. after my tongue felt like novacaine wearing off. The swollen
tongue happened again this afternoon while walking but was less intense than the first time and didn't last as long. Any ideas? Thank you, Laura

Hi, you have occular migrine, Your tongue felt swollen, and could not speak for 3 minutes.
Occular migrine should be treated by E.N.T.surgeon So i advise you to consult a ent surgeon for finding the effect of the middle ear and sinuses.
The swelling of the tongue could be due to anxiety, or bite by the carries tooth. Thank you.
