Been Ill, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Foul Smell. What Is Happening?

Hi, we are a family of four and we have all been ill the past weekend with vomiting, stomach pain...my son was the last one to have this symptoms but he is the only one to have them two nights in a row and tonight he had excruciating pain followed by vomiting smelling of rotten egg. He is 8 years old and he was very scared of what was happening to him. What do you think it might be and what should we do?

Hello, Thanks for the query.
You are four member and that too weekend.
All are ill and having vomiting and stomach cramps ( excruciating pain).
So note one point that all you have took same food and the culprit is in the food i.e. food poisoning .
In food poisoning there is severe pain in abdomen ( stomach and intestine), vomiting, mild degree shivers and tremors ( mild).
Due to intolerance of these child feels more pain that too for second day ( pain threshold of different persons are different).
Use bacteria free water and food .
