WCC 6x10^9/L CRP 10mg/L ( 12) Wound swabs: Moderate Staphylococcus aureus growth (sensititve to flucloxacillin ) Scant Pseudomonas aeruginosa growth (sensitive to ciprofloxacin) Which of the following is the most appropriate treatment for this patient? A) Compression bandages B) Flucloxacillin B) Clindamyin and ciprofloxacin D) Timentin E) Topical steroids
