Bleeding During And After Intercourse. Ultrasound Shows Fibroid S. Recommendations
This question is for a gyn. I have a concern about a little bleeding during and after intercourse. During intercourse, it is painful. I've seen my gynecologist and an ultrasound found several small fibroids in my uterus I was wondering if this could be the reason why this issue now occurs. My pap smear was fine and tests for gynorrhea and chlaymdia were negative. Your expertise in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.
Well the treatment for mild cases of fibroids without heavy bleeding is rather simple. For the pain you can take over the counter medication like ibuprofen, as for the bleeding you can take birth control pills for that, they should make your periods lighter as well as make you feel better. There are surgical solutions for fibroids, but I dont think you need it.
I hope this answered your question.
