You are suffering from menorrhagia which is a common symptom amongst women suffering from premenopause, so given your age and your present symptom, it is likely that you are going through premenopause. You will need a pelvic scan uterine related problems such as growths or tumors, cancers, PCOS etc, then run tests to do hormone related problems etc. It will be rare for you to be pregnant given that your tubes were tied, but it will be wise for you to consider doing the test too just in case. Please make sure you visit a gynobs as soon as possible as you are loosing much blood.
Hi, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Bleeding from three weeks and that too very heavy with clot. This may be due to any disease in uterus as call it dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Consult a gynaecologist and get his opinion with ultrasound of abdomen ( genitals). Good luck. Dr. HET
