hiee...actually m suffering from low sodium nd i m b.p patient also... sir/mam plz suggest me the diets nd fruits what to take which is rich in salt to control mah sodium.. thanxz a lot shivjee yadav age- 40

Have you checked your sodium levels? Also, when you say b.p patient, are you are the higher side or lower side? Please provide clear details so that we can suggest on a good diet.
