What Could Cause Nosebleed, Dizziness, Frequent Urination And Decreased Appetite In A Female Of 76 Yrs?

Hello, I am concerned about my 76 yr.old mother who has the following symptoms. nosebleeds, hyponatremia, dizzyness, nausea, urinary frequency, decreased appetite.Her doctors unable yet to diagnose. I am worried about cancer. Any suggestions or thoughts.

It could be due to hypertension or high sugar. Regular blood pressure monitoring and sugar monitoring is advisable
