Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
It is the report of the knee suggesting that you had sustained injury to all structures of the knee but luckily it is not very severe and you do not require any surgical treatment like Arthroscopy. I would recommend you to take rest, apply Diclofenac ointment, compression bandage and tablet Brufen two time daily. I would also suggest you to avoid standing or walking for long time.
