Boy. Vomitting, Nausea, Rapid Heart Beat. Emergency?

MY 14 year old son was picked from school this morning due to vomiting. Came home and rested , drank fluids ate light fruit. Slept a lot. Woke up at midnight-naseau rapid heart beat dizziness. Gave him 2 adult Ibuprofen and have him in cool /tepid bath. No stiff neck/ no rash. OK to wait till morning to go to Doctors?

Thanks for the query. You have not mentioned about body temperature.. is it normal??? If its high then consult pediatrician. High heart rate could be due to dehydration. If vomited many times then he need to be admitted. I suggest you to consult doctor for further management.
