Appreciate your time. Regards
Hello and welcome to HCM
With a normal mammograph and ultrasound, a haze in right lung field may not be related to the treated tumor of left breast.
Haziness in lung could be due to various causes
1.Infection in the lung- Pneumonia
2. Edema in lung (collection of fluid)
3. Consolidation of lung
4. Fibrotic bands in the lung etc
Continue the follow up and consult the reporting authority (radiologist) for further information.
Thanks and take care
