Bulky Uterus Containing Irregularly Gestational Sac, Irregular Contour, No Embryonic Polee, Both Adnexae Free, Empty POD. Indications?
Dr. Hi. My wife got bleeding yesterday and suspecting to be pregnant, so after ultrasound was done, She was given result stating the following:
- bulky uterus containing an irregularly gestational sac and irregular contour
- No embryonic pole seen within it.
- GSD =60.5mm. GA =11 Weeks+ 6days
- GA both adnexae are free . Internal os is closed. The POD is empty.
Dr. Please can you interpret the result for me.

If I would be your Doctor then I would advise for expert opinion from the Gynaecologist because the cardiac activity is not detected and it is 11 weeks showing so the termination is highly advisable but before that the expert opinion has to be taken, have good day.
