I had a CT Brain and the findings were: The cerebral hemispheres and cerebellum show some diffuse involutional changes consistent with the patient's age and are due to small vessel disease. There is no focal or acute pathology with no area of increased or decreased density to suggest significant pathology and no mass effect with shift in midline structures. The ventricular system is normal and there is normal intracranial calcification. I am 75 years old, but strong dementia in my family. Is my brain deteriorating badly?
The CT scan is normal The very fact that you have written a beautiful letter and your concern – rule out dementia… You are NORMAL... The best option is to consult a Neurologist – they could assess and exclude further any early involvement. Keep physically and psychologically active / Enjoy life
Take care Wishing all well God bless Good luck
