Hi,
As per your CT Scan report, the liver is enlarged but still seems normal in all other aspects; so, not much can be said about the cause of hepatomegaly (enlarged liver) though this liver condition indicates the probability of a liver inflammation.
Further, this seems to be an obvious case of chronic calculous cholecystitis, i.e. a state of chronic inflammation of the gall bladder that contains multiple calculi. This condition needs to be corrected surgically with an excision of the gall bladder (cholecystectomy).
The few small 1.5 - 2 mm hypodense foci with CT density 11 HU suggest the presence of some small fluid-filled cysts in the head of the pancreas.
