Can Aspirin Be Given For Severe Cold And Cough?

hi. my dad s just taken himself to bed ill. he appears to have lost circulation in his hands and says he feels very cold. it s a hot day. this has happened before but not quite the same. he s been coughing a lot recently, so i don t know if this has anything to do with it. he s over 60 which is why i m concerned. can you help me please? i don t know what s wonrg with him and how to help him. i ve given him a hot water bottle and a cup of tea to get him warm and an aspirin to thin his blood and get his circulation back. is there anything else i should know? i m really worried about him.

I went through the history you have posted here. It seems from the history that your dad is having severe cold and cough. This requires treatment by the use of anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, decongestant drugs. Aspirin is not required for cold and cough.
Do consult your doctor for examination and prescription of drugs.
