Can I Have An Ovary Implantation From My Own Stem Cells ?

Is there aby possibility to have an ovary implantation from my own stem cells I am a female of 50 years old. I started with hot flushes, sweating at night, I can not sleep as I used to and I am experiencing vaginal dryness , what makes sex something not appealing as it used to. However my worst problem is that I am getting anxious and depressed, any task at work seems to be something that I will not be able to work out, and I am irritable at home. Summarizing, although I still have my periods, irregularly (from 18 to 38 days) I realize I started with menopause. I studied about hormone replacement therapy (HRT), but as I have my uterus, I can not have only estrogenic therapy, which seems to be the safest, at least for a 5 years treatment. I wonder if a solution such as having a new ovary obtained from my own stem cells is futurology or if it is something that it is now available. In that case, where can I learn more about it?
