doctor , my total cholesterol is 201, hdl 40, ldl 134,vldl27,trygliserides137. my doctor given1 atorvastain 10mg daily, can I eat 2 omega 3 capsules with this.

statins are helpful. you can take also w 3 fatty acid. better take natural source of w 3 fatty acid like musseli. fish.do regular excercise and take more dietary fibres like salad, fruit, green leafy veg.use sunflwer oil.avoid junk fatty foods,cola etc take care
